A great CGM for beginners with personalized nutrition support
WATCH MY FULL REVIEW
This is a small, dime-sized device you wear on your arm for two weeks to measure your blood sugar levels in real time. In the past, CGMs required a prescription, but that all changed in 2020 with the rise of new companies like NutriSense, who helped make this type of device accessible for all. I probably wore the Nutrisense CGM a half dozen times this year and learned so much about my insulin response to different foods, stress and even exercise. And understanding my glucose data led me to discover my second favorite product in the space: Pendulum Life Probiotic.
